The first day of the event, Wednesday 9, began with the welcome of Alphabet Financial Director and Senior Vice President, Ruth Porat.
On Thursday, April 10, Phillipp Schindler, executive vice president and chief business officer of Google, started the day’s work in a live chat and question and answer session. Then Allan Thygesen, president of Google Marketing Solutions, talked about the future of the world where the mobile is the protagonist.
Later, it was the turn of Brad Bender, vice president of image and video ads, who talked about the future of ads and metering. To end the day, Lucinda Barlow, Marketing Director of YouTube, gave a lecture explaining why the video will be the great winner of the decade.
On Thursday, he also had the opportunity to listen to many more speakers, including a talk by Prasad Setty, Vice President of PeopleOps, who talked about tools to improve the workplace.
On Friday, Google Partner Summit guests visited the Googleplex facility in Mountain View for “Google on the Green,” a unique opportunity to demonstrate Google’s latest products such as Pixel and Daydream View.
